Members of the guild and friends recently had a canal boat trip from Linlithgow to the Avon aquaduct and back followed by tea at the Dutch Inn. The weather was glorious and we enjoyed seeing all the wildlife and scenery.

Festival of Lights
November 29, 2019 @ 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Following on from last year’s very successful event, we shall hold a similar festival this year. This year there are 35 trees sponsored by individuals, businesses and local community groups. The festival is open to the public between 4 and 8 pm on Friday 29 November and between 10 and 6 on Saturday 30 November. There will be some stalls and a tombola both days. On Saturday tea, coffee and cake will be available 10 – 12 and 2 – 4. Soup and sandwiches will be available between 12 and 2. The event will close on the Saturday with carol singing led by Clackmannan Choral Society starting at 5 pm. Come along and vote for your favourite tree.

Guild Summer Outing
On a Sunday morning you can expect to see a group of elders who will welcome you as you come into Church and give you a hymn book and an order of service. During the service they will take the collection which they count later. As you leave the church you can return your hymn books to an elder at the back.
